Welcome Home,
I'm Tiffany.
North Carolina born and raised, daughter, sister, aunt, mom, wine lover, puppy snuggler, and your dedicated local guide to Lake Norman.
The short version: I love people, I love Lake Norman, and I'm really good at getting you home.
Hey there! I'm Tiffany, and if we ever sit down together, you'll probably learn three things about me right away: I love a good glass of wine, I will absolutely stop to pet your dog, and I genuinely care about helping people find the place where they belong. That's basically my whole deal.
I'm a North Carolina girl through and through, born and raised near Sanford. I served in both the Army and Air Force, specializing in military intelligence, and then spent several years in corporate tech sales. Along the way, I married a retired Army veteran, had two amazing kids who keep me busy with high school soccer (Go team!), and somehow ended up with two spoiled rotten dogs named Opus and Cyrus. Life is full and wonderful.
I've moved across the country more than once, and I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel. The endless scrolling, the decision fatigue, the quiet panic at 2 AM wondering if you're making the right choice. I've been there, and that experience is exactly what makes me such a fierce advocate for my clients. I don't just know the logistics, I know the heart of it.
What I've learned over the years is that the best professional relationships are the ones where you can get the job done right while also laughing together. I take your home search or sale seriously, but I never lose the joy in the process. Shopping for homes should be fun. Negotiating should feel like someone's got your back. And closing day should feel like celebrating with a friend.
As a Production Partner with The Lauren Rocco Team at eXp Realty, I get to combine everything I love: building real relationships, knowing this area inside and out, and having an incredible team behind me so I can give you the attention and care you deserve. Whether you're relocating from across the country, buying your first home, or selling the one you've outgrown, I'm here to make it feel easy and even enjoyable.
When I'm not working, you'll find me hunting for a new coffee spot, browsing local boutiques with my daughter, curled up with my dogs and a good glass of Opus One (yes, that's where our pup got his name), or laughing way too loud at the soccer field with the other parents. Lake Norman is home, and helping other families find that same feeling of belonging is what gets me out of bed every morning.
My Journey So Far
Cross-Country Relocations
I've done the whole pack-up-your-life-and-start-over thing more than once. I know what it's like to research school districts from a thousand miles away, wonder if the neighbors are friendly, and stress about whether your couch will even fit through the new front door. That firsthand experience is exactly why I take such good care of my relocating families.
Negotiation & Big-Picture Thinking
Before real estate, I spent years in corporate tech sales, working through complex deals and building relationships that actually lasted. It taught me how to keep a cool head, read a room, and make sure my people always come out ahead. Turns out those skills translate pretty perfectly to helping you buy or sell a home.
The Lauren Rocco Team & eXp Realty
Now I get to do what I love most: help families find their perfect spot in the Lake Norman area, backed by an incredible team and the resources of eXp Realty. I bring the personal touch, the local knowledge, and a really good group of people behind me to make sure every detail is handled.
Coffee runs, soccer games, and puppy cuddles.
Okay, real talk: when I'm not helping families find their dream homes, I'm usually on the sidelines at a high school soccer game, cheering probably a little too loudly. My two kids keep me busy and proud, and honestly, soccer Saturdays are some of my favorite days of the year.
My husband and I love everything about the Lake Norman lifestyle. Boat rides on the water, walking the dogs through Cornelius parks on a sunny Saturday morning, popping into the boutiques in historic Davidson, and finding a new wine bar to try. And yes, my golden retriever Opus was named after my favorite wine, Opus One. Priorities, right?
I'm a sucker for a good local coffee shop, I will always say yes to shopping, and I firmly believe that the best conversations happen over a glass of wine with good company. I also love that this community feels like a real village, the kind where you run into friends at the grocery store and everyone actually knows your name. That's the kind of home I want to help you find.
